About Transportation Services
Valley Senior Services offers transportation to seniors (60+ years of age) throughout Fargo, Moorhead, West Fargo and Dilworth area and provides rides to the general public in rural Cass, Traill, Steele, Richland, Ransom, Sargent and rural Grand Forks. Whether you live in a metro or rural area - we will work to accommodate your needs. Our transportation services can be used for medical, shopping, meal site visits, and other personal needs. We do ask that all interested parties call days in advance to ensure your ride reservation.

Metro Senior Ride - Transportation
For residents, age 60 and older, living in Fargo, West Fargo, Moorhead, Dilworth metro area.
Rural Cass County - Transportation
Transportation is provided to all residents of rural Cass County, Monday-Thursday with ADA compliant accessible vehicles.
Trips to Fargo are provided each week. Express van service is available for trips with shorter waiting times to and from Fargo from surrounding towns.

Steele County - Transportation
Transportation is provided to all residents in Steele County with ADA compliant accessible vehicles.
Service is provided to all towns in Steele and Traill counties. We provide local rides within the county and regular service to Fargo and Grand Forks.
- Fargo trips run multiple times each month on select Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
- Grand Forks trips run a couple of times each month, on select Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Traill County - Transportation
Transportation is provided to all residents in Traill County with ADA compliant accessible vehicles.
Service is provided to all towns in Steele and Traill counties. We provide local rides within the county and regular service to Fargo and Grand Forks.

Bus Schedule
Our bus service provides regular trips to Fargo, ensuring that you can access essential services and enjoy outings with ease.
Bus Trips to Fargo:
- Every Tuesday & Thursday with the bus leaving Lisbon at 8:30 am. The return trip will leave Fargo no later than 3:00 pm.
Vans
Our van service extends its reach to various destinations throughout the week, catering to different locations on different days.
County Van
Available Monday-Friday, this van brings customers to out-of-county appointments. Call in advance to reserve your spot!
Lisbon City Van
Running 8:00 am-3:00 pm, Monday through Friday the Lisbon City Van runs within city limits. Out of town rides must be scheduled the day before and stay within 20 miles of the city of Lisbon.
Reservation Details: To reserve your spot on the bus, please make sure to call us by 3:00 PM on the Monday or Wednesday preceding your desired travel day. This ensures that we can accommodate all passengers efficiently.

Sargent County - Transportation
Transportation is provided to all residents in Sargent County with ADA compliant accessible vehicles.

County Van

Richland County - Transportation
Transportation is provided to all residents in Richland County with ADA compliant accessible vehicles. To schedule a ride in Richland County or for more information, please call (701) 642-3033.
Rides in the city of Wahpeton are provided Monday-Friday. Rural residents can get rides to Wahpeton twice a month. Rides to Fargo are available Tuesdays and Thursdays. Please call to schedule all rides at least two days in advance.
Formal Title VI Complaint Procedure
Under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and its related statutes and regulations, no person or groups of persons shall be, on the grounds of race, color, or national origin be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under any and all programs or activities funded in whole or in part with Federal funds. In addition to Title VI, there are other nondiscrimination statutes which include sex, age, and disability. These requirements define an over-arching Title VI/Nondiscrimination and ADA Program.
Valley Senior Services will consider every request for reasonable modification from individuals with disabilities. Language assistance for persons with limited English proficiency (LEP) is available free of charge.

Park District Board meetings take place once a month on the second Tuesday of the month at 5:30 pm. All Board Meetings are held in the Board Room of the Park District Offices at 701 Main Avenue. For more information regarding the Park Board, policies, procedures or other items, click here.
