About Metro Senior Ride
Metro Senior Ride can accommodate medical, shopping, meal site visits
and other personal needs on a first-call, first-serve basis. Please call 3-5 days in advance to ensure your ride reservation. A ride may be scheduled up to five weeks in advance.

Transporation Services
Ride to Meal Sites
Metro Senior Ride transportation to any of the Valley Senior Services meal sites are available for only $1.00 per one-way ride.
Please call 701-356-7433 (RIDE) to schedule your ride.
Grocery Shopping
A 14-passenger bus is used to transport seniors for one-hour of grocery shopping on Tuesdays (North Fargo) & Wednesdays (South Fargo).
Metro Senior Ride Transportation Services Fees
$3 per one way ride
$1 per one way ride to any of our Valley Senior Service community dining centers
Punch cards available:
- 10-stop punch card for $30
- 20-stop punch card for $60
We accept exact cash and check in vans and credit card by phone OR you can pay online.
