Valley Senior Services sponsors many health maintenance services at various senior centers throughout our region. Services such as: flu immunizations, blood pressure checks, nutrition presentations, and foot care are provided by the local health unit or clinic; those agencies set fees and eligibility criteria for the services provided. Local senior citizen clubs may also sponsor health services.
